  • Madonna ornament
    for sale

In 2018, members of our SMU Catholic community commissioned a commorative miniature sun catcher ornament that students and others can carry home to remember their time at the ministry, at SMU, and Mary's loving spirit that cares for them.

Created by reknown artist, Lyle Novinski, the stained glass window receives the western sun each day in the Chapel of the Annunciation.  The Madonna was created as a veiled lady with her hand upheld as a gesture of acceptance, which Novinski thought particularly relevant for our college campus.   Click HERE to buy!
