Since 1932 SMU Catholic Campus Ministry has served SMU students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the local Catholic community. We provide an environment for fellowship, sacramental ministry, moral and ethical discovery, community service, spiritual enrichment, and leadership development. SMU Catholic is committed to being a profound presence on campus as inspired by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We strive to form servant leaders of SMU’s future “world changers” to live their Catholic faith professionally and personally.
Currently under the leadership of Fr. Arthur Unachukwu, SMU Catholic serves the largest religious denomination of students on campus with diverse programs designed to meet each student “where they are.” Ministries and programs include daily Mass, RCIA, Bible studies, mission trips, community service, retreats, counseling, Sunday Supper, FYSH, Jericho and Last Call. For many Catholic students, the Neuhoff Catholic Center is their “home away from home.”
