Online Ash Wednesday Ecumenical Service

SMU Office of the Chaplain and Religious Life. Student Leadership Council member, Leanne Dang begins with opening prayer, and our Chaplain, Father Wade Bass gives the Homily.
Join us on Wednesday, February 17, for two Ash Wednesday services at the Gerald J. Ford Stadium. An Ecumenical Service will take place at 12 noon and Mass will be held at 3PM. Ashes will be distributed at both Ecumenical Service and Mass.
Both services are subject to good weather. In the case of bad or questionable weather, please check on the website at smucatholic.org for more information.
PARKING
Guests are invited to park in the Visitor Section of Binkley Parking Garage or Moody Parking Garage
RSVP
There is no RSVP or sign-up list this year due to the large capacity of the Gerald J. Ford Stadium. Please arrive early and on time so that way we may sign you in at our guest check-in.
CHECK-IN
Guest check-in will be at Gate 5. Students, please bring your student ID. Please arrive early!
SEATING
Gate 5 will be used for entrance and exit. Gate 5 will open one hour before each service. Please enter through Gate 5 and ushers will guide you toward seating on the field. Additional seating for 'overflow' can be found in sections 123 and 124.

OFFICE HOURS
The Neuhoff Catholic Student Center will open at 9AM and close at 2:30PM on Wednesday, February 17th. We will return to our normal business hours the next day.
